CRITERIA:

The recipient of the Mansmith Market Mentors Awards (MMMA) has demonstrated a continued commitment to guiding, supporting and inspiring others. He or she is a mentor who has been exemplary in providing

• Professional guidance
• Positive role modeling
• Aid in personal growth and development

Nominees should be 40 y/o and above, Filipino, from a Marketing background. Only a Mansmith YMMA winner can nominate a mentor for the MMMA (but a Mansmith YMMA winner cannot be nominated (yet) as a mentor by another Mansmith YMMA winner).
